Production & Processing

All Okiramo products are made-to-order. After you place your order, allow 2–5 business days for production and quality check before your item ships. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

During drop launches and high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days. We'll always communicate delays transparently.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your order in real time. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. Okiramo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
