Every Okiramo piece is made to order with care. Because our products are print-on-demand, each item is produced specifically for you when your order is placed. We stand behind the quality of every drop.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or with a printing error
  • You received the wrong item or size
  • The item was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
Please note: Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact us at support@okiramo.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  • Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
  • Approved claims will receive a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method

Limited Edition & Drop Items

Items from limited drops are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot offer exchanges for sizing on sold-out drops. Choose carefully — the arc doesn't reprint.
